Common questions

Can I subscribe to just one tracker?: Yes. Each tracker stands alone — pick whichever ones you need. License only, Collaboration only, CE only, or any combination.
Is there a free tier or trial?: No. Every tracker requires an active subscription — $5/month or $49/year per tracker, $119/year for the all-three bundle. Promo codes can be applied at checkout if you have one.
Does my collaborator need to pay too?: No. When you invite your collaborator from the Collaboration tracker, they choose: sign up as a full Larch user (their own subscription) or participate in just that collaboration via magic link with no account or charge. Lite participation lets them attest reviews without paying.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Subscriptions are managed through Stripe's customer portal — cancel any time and you keep access through the end of your paid period. No early-termination fees.
What's your refund policy?: First 14 days: full refund on email request to support@larchhealth.com. After that: cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period; we don't prorate. Annual prepayments are non-refundable past the first 14 days, but you keep full access until the year you paid for ends.
Does Larch take a cut of supervision payments?: No. Larch Health does not match clinicians, draft supervision agreements, or take a percentage of any payments between you and your collaborator. The Collaboration tracker is a record-keeping tool — you bring your existing relationships and we help you track them.
