    Jody (founding clinician) personally reviews every match during early access. We pair you with a vetted supervising physician — often recruited fresh for your state during early access.

    Documents drafted + signed

    We draft your state-specific collaborative practice agreement and master financial terms. Both sides e-sign. Where the state requires board filing, we generate the filing-ready PDF.

    Stay compliant

    Renewal alerts fire on every state's anniversary today. Monthly check-in workflow activates as we scale. Add a state any time — same MD-APP pair, no rematching.

Pay only when you sign.

No fees at intake. Matching, document, and platform fees are charged only after both sides sign the collaborative practice agreement. The supervising physician’s supervision fee flows direct from APP to MD; Larch Health takes 0%.

Earn supervision income with zero recruiting work. Larch Health matches you with vetted APPs in the states where you’re licensed, drafts the agreement, e-signs both sides, files with the board where required, and tracks every renewal. You keep 100% of the supervision fee.
