What Larch Health does
Three trackers. One clinician account.
Subscribe to whichever trackers you need — or bundle all three. NPs, PAs, and physicians use the same product.
License tracker
For every clinician
Track and store your licenses with renewal notifications. State licenses, DEA, CSR, board certs — all in one place with alerts at 90/60/30/14/7 days.

For NPs, PAs, and supervising physicians
Track and store your collaborations with custom review intervals that you set. Invite your collaborator to attest reviews — they don't need a paid account.
How it worksCE tracker
For every clinician
Track and store your CEs. CE/CME credit log with state-by-state requirement mapping and document vault for completion certificates.
See what we trackCustom renewal alerts
Pick the days that matter for each credential. We default to 90, 60, 30, 14, and 7 if you don't.
Sensible safeguards
Encrypted at rest, audit-logged on every access, credential numbers never in our logs in plaintext.
Multi-state by design
Eight states, three boards, a DEA and CSR for each — Larch Health handles the spread without blending deadlines.
Service 1 · Credentials
Track your credentials. One calendar. Every license.
Clinicians lose licenses to the same thing every time: a renewal portal nobody logged into. Larch Health catches them all on one calendar, with state-board rules baked in. Pick which credential types you want to track at signup — you can toggle any of them on or off later.
State licenses
Every state where you hold an APRN, NP, PA, or physician license — with its own number, expiration, and renewal cycle.
Federal DEA registration
Each DEA registration is tied to one practice address, so multi-state clinicians track multiple separately. Larch Health keeps each on its own clock.
State CSR / CDS
About half the states issue a separate CSR or CDS alongside the federal DEA — with their own numbers and expirations. We track each one per state.
Board certifications
AANPCB, ANCC, ABMS, AOA, NCCPA — recertification windows on whatever cycle your board runs. Toggle on at signup if it matters to you.
Continuing education
Log every hour you earn — CME, CE hours, contact hours, whatever your board calls it — and check which credentials it satisfies.
Document vault
License PDFs, DEA receipts, CSR cards, CE certificates. Encrypted at rest, signed-URL access only.
Tracker 2 · Collaboration
Track every collaboration on your own cadence.
Record your supervising physicians and your supervised APPs. Set the review cadence per relationship — every 30, 60, 90 days, semi-annual, annual, or any custom interval. Larch reminds you when each review is due. Invite the other side to attest reviews together — they don't need a paid Larch account.
Add the collaboration
Enter your collaborator's info, an optional backup, the start date, and the review cadence that fits your relationship.
Run reviews on your cadence
When each review is due, attest in one click. Notes get saved alongside the timestamp for your audit trail.
Both sides sign off
Invite your collaborator. Either accept as a full Larch user or just attest reviews from the email — no account, no charge.
How it works
Three steps. Five minutes to set up. Zero ongoing busywork.
- 1
Add what you're tracking
License, DEA, CE entry, or supervisor intake — about 30 seconds for any of them. State-board rules already loaded.
- 2
Get the right alerts
Pick the alert cadence per credential. Multi-state? Every state has its own clock. Email + push so one channel failing doesn't cost you a license.
- 3
Renew with confidence
On renewal day, everything is in one place: credential, document, deadline, rule. For collaborative agreements, both sides re-sign with one click.
Common questions
What clinicians ask first.
- What does Larch Health cost?
- Each tracker is $5/month or $49/year. The all-three annual bundle is $119/year (saves $61 versus monthly). Pick the trackers you need — License, Collaboration, CE — or the bundle.
- How does the Collaboration tracker work?
- Add a collaboration with your collaborator's details, the start date, and the review cadence (every 30/60/90 days, semi-annual, annual, or custom). When a review is due, attest in one click and your cadence advances. Invite your collaborator to attest the same review — they can sign up as a full Larch user or just participate via magic link with no account or charge.
- How secure is my data?
- Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every read and write to credential data is audit-logged. Files in the vault use expiring signed URLs — never public links. Credential numbers and DEA registrations don't appear in our logs in plaintext.
